Beyond one-on-one time, esteam runs group college tours and job-shadow days so students see the path from where they are to where they want to be — and meet the people already walking it.

For students & mentors
Every mentor passes a background check before any student contact and completes our training. Read the safeguarding policy.
Students and mentors meet about twice a month, plus occasional tours and shadow days. Mentors commit roughly 4 hours/month.
